How Body toxins can affect Health and Wellbeing - Ajit Patel Goldshield

The body is a highly-complex collection of systems that work with one another in order to try and maintain an individual’s health and wellbeing. This is not always easy, as the body can often be invaded by toxins that can cause its systems trauma and strain – making it very difficult for it to operate effectively. Toxins can invade our bodies as the result of poor diets, or environmental factors and can have a significant physical, psychological and physiological impact. In order to help fight against this, the neurology and nutritional expert: Dr Campbell McBride, has recently created a program that recognises the damages that toxins can inflict on the body’s systems, and how use of the program can help people who suffer from a wide range of conditions including autism and irritable-bowel syndrome.
The program, described as the GAPS program, recommends the consumption of high quality meats, oils, fermented food-stuffs, eggs, along with soups with high levels of probiotics to be eaten by people as a means of reducing digestive strain. The diet also features a range of other natural and organic produce that can de-toxify the body, over-haul and re-vitalise sluggish digestive-processes and keep bad things away from it. These foods feature strongly in the, “introductory diet” the participant embarks upon, before full GAPS protocol commences. Once the program is set in motion, participants can chose from a wider-range of foods such a certain cheeses.
The diet is no doubt made more attractive by the virtue of its limited duration, and is followed until the body has recovered sufficiently from the poisoning of harmful toxins and other, unnatural substances. The diet normally lasts 6 months for children and perhaps up to a year for adults, depending on the extent of their stomach-damage.
